Exhibitor Checklist

1. Submit an exhibitor application and mail your payment
2. Make Hotel Reservations
3. Email your logo and organization description for the conference website and program
   (Deadline: March 15, 2012)
4. Submit a Door Prize.
   Please email Chris Hopkins to let him know what you will be submitting. Door prizes should be addressed as follows to arrive at the Hotel no later than Saturday, April 14, 2012:

5. Make arrangements with the Hotel if you need to have materials shipped
6. Check out things to do in the area...
