Hotel Valley Ho was cool back in 1956 when it first opened its doors, before Downtown Scottsdale was downtown. It's every bit as chic now, after an expansive but meticulously groomed 2005 renovation.This mid-century modern landmark offers posh, playful rooms and suites, fab fare at Cafe ZuZu and Trader Vic's, and VH Spa for Vitality + Health. Hotel Valley Ho is centrally located in Downtown Scottsdale, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and Old Town's renowned art galleries.
The seven-story Tower is the artful elite hotel within a hotel. It offers spacious one and two-bedroom Tower Suites with complete kitchens as well as generously sized Tower Signature Guest Rooms. Here, the rooms are distinctly designed as light, bright, and fanciful havens with sweeping panoramic views.

Amenities: Room rates include access to VH Spa facilities, the fitness center, pool area, and complimentary in-room coffee and daily newspaper service (upon request). Other services offered on a complimentary basis include concierge services, basic business center usage, and shoe shine service. Those who are staying as part of the NCHN conference alse get a 10% discount on all spa appointments (over group dates, 4/17/11 – 4/21/11)

Reservations
NCHN Rate ($169+tax)
When making reservations identify yourself as being with the NCHN (National Cooperative of Health Networks Association) Annual Conference. Room Reservations can be made by calling the ‘Hotel Reservations Department’ at 480-421-7600 or 866-882-4484.Individual attendee will be responsible for room/tax, gratuities, parking and any incidental charges. A credit card will be required as a guarantee for all reservations. Reservation information must include guest names, arrival/departure dates, the number of guests occupying each room and a valid form of guarantee. The last day to make reservations to ensure the negotiated rate $169 for single or double occupancy is 5:00 PM MT on Monday, March 21,2011. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis at the contracted group room rate. Name and date changes will be accepted, based upon availability, without penalty up to the day of arrival.
Service Fees and Gratuities
A nightly, per room Housekeeping Gratuity of $3.00 will be assessed and charged to the room. These gratuities are paid in full to the applicable staff members for their guest service.Occupancy Tax
The Hotel sleeping room rates are subject to the prevailing applicable city and state taxes and assessment charges at the time of check-in. Currently, these taxes and assessments are equal to 11.92% of the nightly sleeping room rate.Arrival/Departure Policy
The Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm on the day of arrival with a checkout time of 12:00pm on the day of departure. Guests arriving before 4:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Staff can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on the day of departure.Individual Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations that are cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night room and tax penalty. This charge will be placed on the credit card account that guarantees the reservation.
Hotel Parking
Parking Fees: Overnight parking is available to all guests of the Hotel for $12.00 per night, per standard vehicle billed to the individual guest’s folio. Additional gratuities above and beyond these fees are at the discretion of each individual guest or attendee.
