Exhibitor Checklist

1. Submit an exhibitor application and mail your payment
2. Make Hotel Reservations
3. Email your logo and organization description for the conference website and program
   (Deadline: February 15, 2013)
4. Submit a Door Prize.
   Please email Christy to let her know what you will be submitting. Door prizes should be addressed as follows to arrive at the Hotel no later than Monday, April 15, 2013:

5. Make arrangements with the Hotel if you need to have materials shipped
