I know there’s been a lot of gifting going on the last couple of weeks and many of us may be more interested in thinking about how to pay for all that gift-giving, rather than thinking about getting yet another gift. Besides, isn’t it better to give than receive? Why not do both?
You can by giving yourself the gift of a good start. It doesn’t cost anything and it truly is the gift that keeps on giving.

As some of you know, Letician Manning left ORHP last month to work with the Maternal and Child Health Bureau in the Division for Children with Special Health Care Needs. The new contact at ORHP will be Jayne Berube. She will be joining ORHP as the Program Coordinator/Project Officer for the Rural Health Network Development grant program. |

Rural Health Network Development Planning Grant Program (HRSA-14-043)
The purpose of ORHP’s Network Development Planning Program is to assist in the development of an integrated healthcare network. This program brings together key parts of a rural health care delivery system, particularly those entities that may not have collaborated in the past under a formal relationship. By working together, rural health providers and organizations can achieve efficiencies, increase capacity and improve the quality of essential health care services over a given geographic area.
