Coalition of Health Services, Inc. (TX) (White Paper - pdf)
was organized in February 1996 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization in October 1997. There are currently 14 hospital affiliates, serving twenty-six counties of the Texas Panhandle.
